The Indian cricket team is currently in United Arab Emirates (UAE) where they are participating in the ongoing Asia Cup 2018 featuring five other teams-Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Hong Kong.
Sri Lanka and Hong Kong have been knocked out of the tournament after losing both their Group Stage matches while the other four teams have progressed to the Super Fours.
Some of the players have gone to UAE from India while some members have joined the squad after participating in the recently concluded Test series against England which India lost 1-4. The conditions in UAE are in stark contrast to that of England. It is extremely hot with the mercury soaring above 40 degree Celsius. And thus, the players from all the six participating countries have been finding it difficult to cope up with the heat.

The official Twitter handle of the Board of Control For Cricket in India (BCCI) on Wednesday posted a video in which the Indian players can be seen using ice to cope with the extremely hot conditions prevailing in the UAE.
In the full video posted on the official BCCI website, players like Bhuvneshwar Kumar, KL Rahul, Dinesh Karthik, head coach Ravi Shastri can be seen talking about their experience in Dubai and how they are trying to cope up with the heat.
India yesterday began their title defence campaign against Hong Kong. However, it was not an easy game as expected as India had to really toil hard to survive an unlikely scare and earn a 26-run victory against the associate nation. And on Wednesday, they would be facing arch-rival Pakistan in what is expected to be a cracker of a game.
