New Delhi: Team India fast pacer Mohammed Shami has begun his training for his much-awaited return to the cricket field, the bowler has remained out of the course since the 2023 ODI World Cup and underwent Achilles Tendon surgery earlier this year. Following his social media posts and stories, Shami travelled somewhere but was stuck at the airport due to a delayed flight. Taking to his official Instagram on 14th September, Saturday, the cricket star shared pictures of him waiting for his flight.

The caption he wrote for the post: “Delayed. Again The airport is my temporary home”.

Then the story becomes more funny when Popular Indian actor Sonu Sood comments on Mohammed Shami’s post mentioned above. He asked the fans not to worry about the pacer, suggesting he enjoyed a nap amid the delay.

Sonu Sood commented on the post: “Aby bhai ki tension mat lo bhai He’s sleeping like always”.

It is worth mentioning that Mohammed Shami had a fantastic 2023 ODI World Cup. The 34-year-old finished as the leading wicket-taker of the tournament, bagging 24 wickets from just seven outings.
