Frederik Boer is a visually impaired South African cricketer, but that did not deter him from becoming his nations first-ever t20 double centurion.

Boer hit a staggering 205 in just 78 balls for Boland in their last round game against Free State of the Blind Cricket South Africa national tournament in Pretoria on Tuesday.

His strike rate was an impressive 263 out which there was a flurry of boundaries- 39 fours and four sixes with a total of 180 boundaries, recording a percentage of 87.80.

Boer delivered more than half of his runs — 124 — through the on side‚ 78 of them to or past midwicket.

His partner was Sheperd Mangxaba opened with Boer and delivered an impressive undefeated 97 off 53 deliveries.

Their partnership lasted until the last ball of the innings‚ when Boer was dismissed through run out.
