After over two months of intense rivalries and competitions, we are down to the summit clash in which Kolkata Knight Riders take on Sunrisers Hyderabad on May 26 at the Chepauk in Chennai in the IPL 2024 final. While it is expected to be a cracker, the weather could play up like it did on Saturday evening. The Knight Riders had to stop their training due to rain.
The KKR management waited for close to two hours before finally calling off the practice session at 7:05 PM IST. “Chennai Update: Practice called off because of rain,” came the confirmation from KKR. Although there isn’t a rain forecast on the match day, in case if it does rain, the IPL 2024 final will continued on the reserve day (May 27).
