Banned Australian cricketer David Warner walked off the field after he apparently got sledged, only to return to the ground within two minutes. The strange episode transpired during an NSW Premier Cricket game. He is representing the Randwick-Petersham. Warner scored a breathtaking 155* and 157 in the match. He was on 35 when the event happened.
Warner was banned from cricket for a year following his involvement in a ball-tampering incident in South Africa during the third Test.
According to a report in Cricket.com.au, it started as goading from Hughes – daring Warner to take on the bowling and risk being dismissed – turned personal.
Here is how he was mocked on social media.
Also, Warner turned 32 today and hence this is not something he would have wanted on his birthday.
