Real Madrid and Portugese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo on Sunday mocked Lionel Messi’s iconic goal celebration as Real beat Barcelona 3-1 in the first leg of the Spanish Super Cup.

Ronaldo held up his shirt in front of Barcelona supporters just as Aregentine did to the Real Madrid fans when he scored the winner in the La Liga tie between the two sides last season.

However, former Mancheter United star’s Spanish Super Cup evening ended in disaster as he was shown two quick yellow cards.

The first card came for taking his shirt off during a goal celebration after he had put his team 2-1 ahead in the closing stages of the encounter. While, second offence came sfor an alleged dive in the box. Frustrated by the decision, Ronaldo pushed the referee after he was shown the red card.

Madrid will take a healthy lead into Wednesday’s return leg thanks to a blinder of a goal from Marco Asensio to make it 3-1 in the night.
