The viral video emerges at a time when interactions between Indian and Pakistani fans often draw significant attention, particularly during major tours and tournaments. Even in the recently concluded Asia Cup, tensions rose between the teams, culminating in a controversial award ceremony where India was prevented from celebrating their victory by ACC president and PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi.
The Indian team is in Australia for a three-match ODI series. Following a disappointing defeat in the opening game at Perth, Gill and his teammates are gearing up for the second ODI in Adelaide, a must-win encounter to keep their series hopes alive after the disappointing start.
