Real Madrid’s star midfielder could follow the footsteps of his former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo to the Italian club, Juventus, various reports suggest.
Bale was bought by Real Madrid for a world record transfer fee of 100 million in 2013 and since then has played a vital role for the club, winning four Champions League trophies with the Spanish side.
Recently, Bale’s agent Jonathan Barnett’s comments about the Welsh international gave rise to floating whispers that Bale could follow Ronaldo to Juventus. “Nothing is impossible”, he said when asked about Bale’s potential Juventus move.
One of the motivations for Bale to make the move could be that he has won everything that there has been to win with the Spanish giants, including Champions League, La Liga, Copa Del Rey and the Club World Cup as well. Following his illustrious career at Real Madrid, he may want to pursue new goals just like his former colleague did.
