Pakistan are still at the top of the table with 131 points.
Before the start of the series, Australia stood second with 126 points, India third with 123 and England fifth with 115 points.
However, after their defeat in the one-off T20 encounter against England, Australia lost four points and have now slipped to the third position with 122 points.
India will next face England in the three-match T20 series beginning July 3 where they have the potential of reaching 127 points if they clinch a clinch sweep. However, that would not be sufficient to replace Pakistan from the top spot.
On the other hand, Pakistan can consolidate their numero uno spot by reaching 136 points if they win all their four league matches in the tri-series and a final featuring Australia and Zimbabwe.
