India vs Australia 1st T20I: India captain Virat Kohli seems to be winning hearts ever since he landed in Australia. His latest gesture just ahead of the start of the 1st T20I is also winning the internet. Kohli after a warm-up session ahead of the match obliged fans with selfies near the boundary ropes. Kohli is the mainstay of the Indian batting order and India’s fortunes in the series will depend a lot on how he plays.

This isn’t the first time he interacted with fans and obliged them with selfies. During the five-match Test series against England, he went up to a supporter, who was eagerly waiting for the Indian cricketers to give up an autograph. While the others ignored her, Kohli didn’t let her down.

Here is his interaction with fans ahead of the Gabba T20I:

Earlier in the day Virat Kohli won the toss and opted to field first, after a watchful start, Chris Lynn had raced away to 37 off 24 balls and added 40 for the second wicket with Aaron Finch (27 off 24 balls). Kuldeep Yadav picked up 2 for 24 in 4 overs while Khaleel Ahmed picked up the other wicket. Krunal Pandya was hit for 54 in 4 overs including six sixes. Australia set India a target of 174 (DLS) in 17 overs.
