India vs Australia 2018: Banned Australian cricketer David Warner faces Josh Hazlewood, Pat Cummins in the nets at the Sydney Cricket Ground ahead of the 3rd T20I against India. In the video, one can see Justin Langer is the umpire while all this is happening. Warner gets a short delivery at pace from Hazlewood and Warner is beaten all ends up. The 3rd T20I is crucial from India’s point of view as they will look to draw the series. Australia currently leads the ongoing three-match T20I series 1-0 after they won the first game at Brisbane by four runs.

Meanwhile, good news for Australia this morning has been the win by the Southern Stars over England to clinch their record fourth Women’s World T20.

On the other hand, the Men in Blue lock horns for the last time in the three-match T20I series, Virat Kohli’s men would not be happy with anything apart from a victory at Sydney as they trail 0-1 in the ongoing series. Kohli would feel they were robbed of a win the last T20I at Melbourne when they had the hosts on the mat at 132/7 in 19 overs when rain played spoilsport.

India lost the 1st T20I by four runs which were a truncated game as the rain had intervened.

Now a win at the SCG will at least let Virat Kohli’s team share the bragging rights and more importantly remain in a good frame of mind before the real test begins at Adelaide on December 6.

India is unbeaten in T20I engagements since July 2017, when they last lost to West Indies in a one-off game in the Caribbean. They have won 20 out of 27 T20Is since then in different conditions and against varying opposition.
