India vs Australia 2019: Young Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant’s knock came to an end when he was runout for three off five balls at Vizag. Pant walked into the middle after India captain Virat Kohli departed for 24. Pant came down the track as Short bowled the ball a little wide, the southpaw had to stretch and fetch it. He got his bat on that as the ball went to Jason Behrendorff at backward point. Pant took off for the run, Rahul who seemed interested initially backed out leaving Pant stranded in the middle of nowhere. Behrendorff gathered the ball and in one motion released it for Carey who did the rest.

This was a great opportunity for Pant to impress but he found himself unlucky and would be ruing the missed chance. Rahul who made a come back to the side after Shikhar Dhawan was not picked got among the runs as he scored 36-ball 50.
