India vs Australia 4th Test Sydney: Kuldeep Yadav is really proving his value in the fourth and final Test at Sydney Cricket Ground. Kuldeep got rid of the Australian captain with a ball that turned a mile and went through the gate to send Tim Paine packing for five. It was classic from the Chinaman bowler, he tempts the batsman by tossing it up deliciously outside off around the footmarks. Paine winds up for the drive, playing away from the body. The ball dips, drifts and spins back in to sneak through the gate and shatters the top of leg-stump.Kuldeep has already picked up three wickets which comprise of a screamer-of-a-return catch of Travis Head.
Here is the video of the delivery:
Head faltered as his feet got stuck to the crease and did not move, something that one feels led to his downfall. India is totally dominating the SCG Test as the hosts are 2018/6 with Cummins and Handscomb at the wicket. Cummins has shown he is more than handy with the bat and with him is Handscomb on 22*. Australia would be hoping big things from the two as they trail by 410 runs.
Earlier, India declared their first innings at a mammoth 622/7, thanks to daddy centuries from Cheteshwar Pujara (193) and Rishabh Pant (159*). India already has the Borden-Gaskar Trophy in the bag with a lead of 2-1 currently. Even if India lose, the possibilities of which are next to zero, India will create history by winning their first ever Test series in Australian soil. This Indian team is No 1 in Test side in the world hence the stakes on the Virat Kohli-led side is high.
