Matthew Short and Cooper Connolly both scored good fifties as Australia won the second game against India by two wickets, winning the three-match ODI series on Thursday.
India batted first and scored a modest 264 for nine. Their captain Rohit Sharma found his form with 73 runs from 97 balls (7 fours, 2 sixes). Shreyas Iyer added 61 runs. Adam Zampa took 4 wickets for 60 runs, and Xavier Bartlett took 3 wickets for 39 runs, including Virat Kohli, who was out without scoring.
Australia chased the target with more than three overs left, with Connolly unbeaten on 61 runs from 53 balls (5 fours, 1 six).
India now trail 0-2 in the series, giving Australia an unbeatable lead before the final match in Sydney on Saturday.
