India vs England 1st Test Edgbaston: England won the toss and opted to bat against India in the first Test of the five-match series at Birmingham. Pujara has not been in the best of touch lately and hence that could have prompted this call. But this is a five test series and we will be surprised if he (Pujara) is not playing at some stage. This also happens to be England’s historic 1000th Test, they become the only Test-playing nation to reach the milestone.
