It was business as usual as team India hit the ground at Dublin where they will lock horns against Ireland in a 2-match T20I series before heading to England for a full-series (Tests, ODIs & T20Is). If day one in Dublin was about chilling at coffee shops and checking out the landscape, day 2 was about getting geared up for the match.
Team India started their warm-ups with a soccer match played between Team MS Dhoni and Team Virat Kohli. Surprisingly, after Hardik Pandya’s mid-flight anchoring, Dinesh Karthik seemed to have taken that role during the soccer match. Apparently, Virat’s team 4-2, that is what DK (as he is popularly known) said. According to Karthik they came straight to the ground from their hotel after having lunch.

DK then reveals that he did some slip catching as advised by the coach, he also explains how why the drill was interesting and the importance of the bowling machine during the drill.
Meanwhile, Virat Kohli needs just 17 runs to become the first Indian to score 2000 T20I runs.
