India vs West Indies 1st Test Day 1 at Rajkot: 18-year-old Prithvi Shaw slammed a record-breaking century on his first day of Test cricket against West Indies in Rajkot and social sphere is already comparing the opener to the former legend Virender Sehwag. Shaw reached his 100 off 99 balls which made netizens believe that he is similar to Virender Sehwag. The former Indian cricketer is well-known for his aggressive and fearless style of play. Shaw too showed that on his debut and hence the comparison.

Earlier, India won the toss and opted to bat first on a placid Rajkot wicket as Shaw became the 293rd player to represent India in Tests. His ton comprised of 19 boundaries. Shaw also shared a 206-run stand with Pujara.
