India vs West Indies 3rd T20I Chepauk: India opener Shikhar Dhawan showed a brilliant presence of mind in the boundary line to save a certain six. It was of Krunal Pandya’s ball from the first over of his spell to Shai Hope, who went down on his knees and hit it high up in the air. The ball was caught by Dhawan but once he realised he was going to hit the boundary ropes, he chucked it in the field of play to save a boundary. The incident took place in the sixth over of the match.


Meanwhile, after the Windies West Indies skipper Carlos Brathwaite won the toss and opted to bat against India in the third and final T20 International here on Sunday.

With India already taking an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match T20 series, bowlers Kuldeep Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah and Umesh Yadav have been rested for the dead rubber.

Yuzvendra Chahal and Washington Sundar came in the playing XI for the third match, while West Indies fielded an unchanged side.

At the time of filing the copy, Windies were 68/2 in 10.2 overs.
