Royal Challengers Bangalore after fighting it out in the last five matches made it to finals of Indian Premier League 2016 and were tipped as favourites to lift the trophy. However, a superb performance by Sunrisers Hyderabad in the final made sure RCB remain distant from their maiden IPL title.

Chasing 209, RCB managed to reach ‘just’ 200 and fell short of the target by eight runs. The emotions were running high in both the camps, with game swinging momentum from one side to other.

The see-saw battle eventually came to end when Sunrisers took complete control of the match with RCB needing 13 off the last ball. Sachin Baby, who on penultimate delivery managed just a single, at non-strikers was seen crying. The pint-sized left-hander could not control his emotions and broke down.

Few Twitteratis captured his emotions and also applauded his contribution and efforts towards the end. Fans were also sad to see the youngster give out.

We have seen cricketers fail to hide their emotions on the field, and Sachin Baby was no exception. The left-hander, coming in at six in 16th over with steep asking rate, scored 18 runs off ten balls. His knock included a four and a six.

Admit it. Sachin Baby crying made you sad no matter whom you supported. Great match.#IPLfinal #IPL2016 #RCBvSRH pic.twitter.com/yTJd6xP6X4

Despite 114-run opening stand between Chris Gayle and Virat Kohli, RCB failed to cross the line. At one stage, it looked like RCB had the match covered, but they lost the momentum and kept losing wickets with required run-rate creeping up.
