Indian Premier League (IPL) 2017 auction came to an end as all the franchises boosted their squads with foreign and domestic players. The overseas players ruled the IPL 2017 auction and apparently top eight buys were all foreign players. Prominent overseas players who missed out were West Indies skipper Jason Holder, Jonny Bairstow, Marlon Samuels, Alex Hales Imran Tahir and Thisara Perera.
