IPL 2019 Mumbai Indians vs Chennai Super Kings Final: Ahead of the big final between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings, legendary off-spinner Harbhajan Singh has shown his displeasure in public towards the service provided by ITC hotel Kakatiya during team’s stay in Hyderabad. Harbhajan has been a vital cog for Chennai in the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). His tally – 16 wickets in this season is 1 more than what he had taken in his previous 2 editions combined. This is the 4th time that Harbhajan Singh has managed to pick up at least 15 wickets in a single IPL season.

On Sunday, the Turbanator, as he is fondly referred as will once again be in the middle of all action during the summit clash. Voicing his opinion over the ‘poor’ room service, the 38-year-old wrote on his official Twitter account, “As much as I love staying with you @ITCHotels in all the other cities ..I hate staying at #ITCKAKATIYA Hyderabad. No one cares about food cooked properly or not. No one responds to the calls from the duty manager to room service. They seem to be to busy for the guests”.

Harbhajan’s Tweet:

Responding to Harbhajan’s complaint, ITC Hotels took no time and posted this message online while seeking an apology.

The veteran off-spinner once again played a crucial role in Chennai Super Kings’ 6-wicket win over Delhi Capitals on Friday at Visakhapatnam that took them to their 8th IPL final. In the process, Harbhajan also became only the fourth cricketer in the history of IPL to get to 150 wickets.

Many fans came out in support of Bhajji for his annoyance against the hotel service. While many trolled the CSK spinner for making excuses, cribbing unnecessarily or showing VIP behaviour ahead of the big final versus Mumbai. Here are some fan Tweets:

Both Mumbai and Chennai will face each other for the fourth time this season. It is also the fourth time that MI are pitted against CSK in an IPL final. Both the teams are the two most successful teams in the tournament’s history and the final on Sunday will be another chapter in what has been an epic rivalry.
