IPL 2019 Finals: Shardul Thakur and Deepak Chahar were expected to get Chennai Super Kings to a good start after Mumbai Indians won the toss and opted to bat first. In Thakur’s first over he was hit for a six and just when de Kock was looking to cut loose, Thakur got the wicket of de Kock with a surprise bouncer. It was a short ball, and that did the trick! Right at the body, really brave bowling, de Kock was hurried on the pull and top-edges it – hardly any bat on that and Dhoni comes around, moves to his right, to take the dolly of the century.

Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and opted to bat against defending champions Chennai Super Kings in the summit clash of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2019 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, here on Sunday.

Mumbai made one change in the team since their last match against Chennai in the first qualifier with Mitchell McClenaghan replacing Jayant Yadav. Chennai, on the other hand, kept the team unchanged.
