Full Time Italy move to the next round and there was drama in the last minute after Sweden were claiming that they had a penalty shout. The way Italy have been going, there is a strong sense of the spirit of 2006 about it. Sweden were very good but one costly mistake by their defense did them in.

60′ Italy drive forward on the counter, Zaza releases Parolo on the left, who squares the ball to Giaccherini. The midfielder lines up to take a shot but Kallstrom does remarkably well to track back and win the ball.
Pelle comes off, Simeone Zaza replaces him
59′ Italy show promise this time and it’s Eder who sweeps a ball to the right flank, cross comes in from Candreva, blocked out and Parolo fetches the ball but can’t control it on the byline and keep it play. Goal Kick.
