The 101st edition of the Olympics has been a roller coaster ride so far with India crashing out in several events. However, the Men’s hockey team’s recent victory over Argentina and Atanu Das’ performance in Archery has kept spirits high. Dipa Karmakar’s qualification to the final has also raised spirits and  she looks all set to make India proud. However, all eyes are now set on the badminton events as India participates in the Women’s doubles, Men’s doubles and Women’s singles matches today. Later in the day, Saina Nehwal and PV Sindhu will be sweating it out in the singles compeition. But before that, it is time for Jwala Gutta and Ashwini Ponnappa to takeon Japan in the doubles followed by Manu Attri and Suneeth Reddy representing India in the Men’s doubles.
