New Delhi: South Africa’s star pacer Kagiso Rabada bowled an absolute cracker to dismiss Bangladesh wicketkeeper batter Mushfiqur Rahim on Day 3 of the ongoing first Test in Dhaka on Wednesday, October 23. Following the wicket, the Proteas speedster sent back both Mahmudul Hasan Joy (40 off 92 balls) and Mushfiqur Rahim (33 odd 39 deliveries) to restrict the hosts to 106/5 in the first session.

Talking about the dismissal, the wicket came in the 32nd over of Bangladesh’s second innings. Kagiso Rabada bowled a fill-length ball that angled in from over the wicket and swung as Rahim tried to drive from the off-stump line. The right-handed batter was beaten by the pace as the ball skidded, entering into the bat-pad gap to bamboozle Mushfiqur Rahim and rattled onto the middle stump. There was no foot movement from Rahim to counter the 136kmph delivery.
