The tussle between Modi and Srinivasan is well known in Indian cricket. Lalit Modi, who was expelled from BCCI years ago on a corruption charge, lives in London. He often makes allegations against Srinivasan. Modi said it was Srinivasan who dished out a conspiracy against him which got him sacked from the IPL. The corruption charge forced him to flee to London.

He is desperate to prove his points. Now, he has made a scathing attack against Srinivasan as well as Dhoni, who shares a good rapport with the former BCCI president.

The appointment letter revealed Dhoni had joined India Cements on a basic pay of Rs. 43,000. He was also given a basic allowance of Rs 21,970, Special Pay of Rs.20,000 per month. He was also offered many other benefits.

However, Lalit Modi’s claim can not be verified.
