A total of 12 wickets fell on the day as Pakistan bundled out Bangladesh for 203 to take a huge first innings lead of 354. The tourists did not enforce the follow-on and opted to bat their second innings. Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-Haq (82) led his team to post 195 for six declared in the second innings, to help them take an overall lead of 549 runs. Misbah’s 72-ball innings contained nine boundaries and three sixes.
It will be a record chase if Bangladesh manages to achieve the target. West Indies hold the record of highest successful run chase in the fourth innings. They chased down 418 against Australia at Antigua in 2003. (With Input from IANS).
