India vs Australia 2019: Former India cricketer Aakash Chopra picked his starting XI for the 1st T20I against Australia and MS Dhoni and Rishabh Pant both find spots. Chopra has dropped KL Rahul from his XI in order to give the main openers more game time ahead of the World Cup. Mayank Markande also found a spot in his XI, along with Vijay Shankar. Jasprit Bumrah and Virat Kohli are slotted straight back into the side as expected after missing out the majority of the New Zealand tour.
This is the last opportunity for the Men in Blue to finalise on their World Cup squad.
