Looks like former India captain MS Dhoni has already played his last international ODI at home. It was the 3rd ODI at Ranchi which seems to have been his last game. Dhoni’s wife Sakshi meanwhile has given her husband a unique tribute after the game. She took to her Instagram account and posted a story of the match tickets of the Ranchi game. With Dhoni not featuring in the last two ODIs against Australia, Dhoni may have already played his last game.

Meanwhile, it was Sanjay Bangar who confirmed about Dhoni being rested. “We will have some changes in the last two games. Mahi will not be playing in the last two games. He will be taking rest,” India’s assistant coach Sanjay Bangar told media persons after the third ODI in Ranchi.
It may not have been the ideal finale game for Dhoni on home soil as India suffered a 32-run loss to Australia. If India is looking to experiment in the upcoming 4th ODI, Rishabh Pant stands a good chance of impressing the selectors and make a case for himself for getting picked in the World Cup squad as the back-up wicketkeeper.
