The eighth edition of Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket tournament is turning out to be one big family affair, making it more entertaining for the players participating in it. IPL 2015 is extra special for the Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni who is seen enjoying the company of his wife Sakshi Dhoni and newborn daughter Ziva in between matches. In these pictures that have gone viral, Dhoni, who is also the skipper of IPL team Chennai Super Kings (CSK), is photographed carrying his little bundle of joy while a glowing Sakshi completes the family picture posing beside them gleefully. The first child of the Dhoni couple, Ziva was born on February 6, 2015, while her father was representing India at the ICC World Cup 2015. His presence at the cricket tournament led him to miss her birth. But the doting daddy is making up for the lost time by spending as much time with little angel as possible! The first photographs of Ziva came out in public when Mr and Mrs Dhoni were returning from Indian batsman Suresh Raina’s wedding in Delhi. And ever since the first glimpse, Ziva finds herself being snapped with her proud parents time and again!
Going by the pictures of Ziva, one cannot help but notice the fact that she looks a lot like her lovely mommy! Sakshi has been a regular face at the IPL 2015, cheering her husband from the sidelines. And now the excitement is only going to double up for Dhoni, with both wife and daughter in the stands shouting #WhistlePodu for him and the Super Kings. How cute!
