Misbah then shared 60-run stand for the ninth wicket with Wahab Riaz. However, Pakistan captain was dismissed for 52 by Moeen Ali, thus breaking the partnership. The visiting side was then bundled out for 198. England with a lead of 391 runs decided against enforcing the follow-on.

On the other hand, West Indies reduced the fourth day’s play on 21 for one. Pacer Umesh Yadav struck in the first over of the day to remove Darren Bravo, who could not add anything to his overnight score of ten. Rajendra Chandrika and Marlon Samuels then shared the unbeaten 55-run partnership for the third wicket before heavens opened up.
