Raksha Bandhan 2018: The festival where sisters tie a thread around their brothers’ hands, Raksha Bandhan was celebrated in India. India captain Virat Kohli who is leading the cricket team did not forget to remember his own sister Bhawna. He took to Twiter to and posted an old picture from their childhood. It read, “Throwback to fond memories with @bhawnadhingra2 Didi  Wishing a very Happy #Rakhi to all the sisters around the world. #Rakhshabandhan.”

In the picture, there is a cake on the table, Kohli’s sister is seated on the table and Kohli looks to be on his knees on the chair and his sister guiding her small brother and helping him cut the cake, with their mother in the background. This picture will surely make fans emotional and nostalgic.

Meanwhile, Kohli has been in a purple patch in England during the ongoing Tests. He has already hit two centuries in the three tests that have taken place. The current ICC No 1 batsman will now have a big duty in his hands to make sure India level the series at Southampton, the venue for the 4th Test. Kohli also bagged the man of the match in the Nottingham Test that India won by 203 runs for his 200 runs in the Test. He fell three runs shy of the three-digit mark in the first innings, made it up with a century and three more in the second innings.

BCCI announced an 18-member squad for the 4th and 5th Test and Prithvi Shaw and Hanuma Vihari have got their maiden Test calls.
