IPL 2019: Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma looked in his elements during the first Mumbai Indians net session for the India opener. He looked in sound touch as he smashed the ball to all parts. The feet were moving well and the timing was impeccable. He was playing his along the ground shots with a whole lot of authority and was stepping down the track with command as well. Mumbai Indian captain Rohit Sharma would be eyeing their fourth IPL title. MI is among the most successful IPL franchises and would like to forget about their debacle last year where they failed to make it to the playoffs.

Meanwhile, the MI will play their tournament opener against Delhi Capitals on Day 2 of the league. Rohit is one of the most successful IPL players, he has scored 4493 runs in 173 IPL matches at a strike-rate of 131.02. Last year, he was not in good form and that meant the MI did not qualify. He scored 286 runs from 14 matches.
