New Delhi: Cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar, former batsman Virender Sehwag and senior off-spinner Harbhajan Singh congratulated Rohit Sharma on his record third double hundred in ODI cricket.

Rohit struck an unbeaten 208 not out in India’s series-leveling 141-run win over Sri Lanka in the second ODI.

Rohit finished unbeaten on 208 off just 153 balls and became the second captain to register a double ton in ODIs, Sehwag (219 vs West Indies) being the first one. The hitman took just 36 balls to reach the 200-run mark after scoring his century.
