India opener Rohit Sharma and former cricketer Yuvraj Singh caught up for an Instagram Live session on Tuesday where they discussed many topics ranging from cricket to the current lockdown situation, but it was Rohit’s wife Ritika Sajdeh, who stole the show like Anushka Sharma when she decided to interrupt the chat by crashing in. Rohit recalled when he had mistakingly kept his kit on Yuvraj’s seat on the team bus and how the latter asked him to vacate the seat and sit somewhere else. “There was an incident in which I had entered the team bus early, I was half an hour early and I had taken the seat which was originally reserved for Yuvraj. He then entered the bus and I thought– that is how you make an entry,” Rohit said.
“He asked me ‘do you know whose seat this is’? He then said, ‘get up, it is my seat, you go sit on another seat’. RP Singh had told me that the seat was Yuvraj’s but I still chose to sit there. Having said this, we have a good relationship now,” he added.
During his chat with Yuvraj, Rohit spoke of the media scrutiny wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant is always under at the age of 20.
