
New Zealand lost the wicket of Ross Taylor as New Zealand resurrected their innings after a poor start to the World Cup 2015 final, losing three wickets early on. It was a good passage of New Zealand, who were reduced to 37 for 3 and Grant Elliott and Ross Taylor led a spirited fightback, choosing to work the ball around more than go after the attack. New Zealand got off to a the worst possible manner in World Cup 2015 final and Australia have got off to a dream start in the final, getting Brendon McCullum out early. Mitchell Starc, after an inspired display in Auckland, has carried on from where he left and frustrated the New Zealand captain for a couple of deliveries before castling him of the third.
