Sri Lanka vs England: It was a unique question-answer session where English players Adil Rashid and Moeen Ali took the lie detector Test. It is no secret that relationship on and off the field plays an important role in building team camaraderie among teammates and the two English cricketers gave a classic example of that. A question asked by Ali to Rashid was, ‘Do you ever pee in the team shower?’ To which Rashid said ‘no’, but that was a lie as the red light on the detector lit up and Ali burst out laughing. Rashid then asks Ali, “Do you think you have the best banter in the English team?” Ali said ‘yes’ and that was the right answer to which Rashid gave him a pat on his back.
Here is the video of the test.
Ali also went on to accept that Adil Rashid was his best friend in the team. It became even more hilarious when Ali asked Rashid about who is the President of America. Rashid did not know the answer.
Meanwhile, England will take on Sri Lanka in the one-off Twenty20 International (T20I) match at the R.Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on Saturday. The T20I will be followed by a three-Test series, starting November 6 at the Galle International Stadium.
