Guess what did Indian cricketer Suresh Raina buy himself? A Mini Cooper! The Uttar Pradesh have been demoted in new contract by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) but that does not stop the 28-year-old from getting the stylish car. Recently Suresh Raina’s teammates from the Indian cricket side Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni were also in news for their cars. Joining the bandwagon with an expensive buy is Raina with a Mini Cooper. The red coloured vehicle appears to be a Mini Cooper Countryman,the only four-door model of the brand available in India. The left-handed batsman is seen posing with his prized possession. The star batsman has also been seen driving around in a yellow Porsche Boxster.

Raina who has been struggling with his form has done well in the domestic circuit. Playing for the Uttar Pradesh side, the skipper smashed an unbeaten 145 against Tamil Nadu in the Group B Ranji Tropphy cricket match. This was his 14th first-class century which came in 138 balls, his innings laced with 9 fours and 6 sixes. This should bring the lost confidence of the selectors and in Raina himself.

Recently, the star batsman also thanked his fans and followers after touching 5 million mark on Twitter. Suresh Raina wrote, “Thanks to all my fans for their support in touching 5 million mark on Keep supporting. Love u all.” He also keeps posting pictures from his personal life, mostly of wife Priyanka Chaudhary who he married earlier this year in April.
