West Indian cricketer Tino Best is known for his harsh comments on Twitter, but it seems he has taken it a tad-bit too far with his latest comment on Dwayne bravo’s retirement. Best took to Twitter and on a Star Sports tweet that read,
“Hard-hitting batsman –
Death-overs specialist –
‘Bravo’ to the Windies entertainer as he retires from international cricket! #ThankYouBravo”
However, Tino Best, as usual, had his own take. He replied that no one gave a damn about Bravo’s international retirement and quite rightly so.
This did not go down well with Bravo fans who lashed out at Best.
Earlier this month, he took a dig at Harbhajan Singh for praising Indian Cricket Team for their victory over West Indies.
Bravo has represented Windies in 270 international games decided to call it a day.
In his retirement statement Bravo, 35, said, “Today I want to confirm to the cricket world that I have officially retired from international cricket in all formats of the game. After 14 years when I made my debut for the West Indies, I still remember that moment I received the maroon cap before walking onto the Lords Cricket Ground against England in July 2004. The enthusiasm and passion I felt then, I have kept with me throughout my career.
