Vinod Kambli’s Wife Andrea File Police Complaint Against B’wood Singer Ankit Tiwari’s Father Over ‘Inappropriate Touch’

According to sources close to Zee, it is learnt that the cricketer has lodged a complaint against the singers father.

Former cricketer Vinod Kambli’s wife Andrea alleged that Bollywood singer Ankit Tiwari’s fifty-seven-year-old Rajendra Kumar Tiwari touched her ‘inappropriately’. The incident apparently took place at Inorbit Mall in Goregaon West. Once he made the touch, Andrea took her bag that she was carrying on her hand and slammed it on the head of the singer’s father in a CCTV footage accessed by Zee.

The former cricketer and his wife have claimed that RK Tiwari purposely rushed his hand against Andrea while the latter party is alleging that the cricketer and his wife assaulted the 57-year-old man. Andrea also accused the man of taking advantage of the crowd present at the mall and she was playing with her kids at that point of time when the person tried to rub his hands with her.

This is not the first time the former cricketer has embroiled himself in a controversy, he had earlier been accused buy his domestic help of misbehavior.

The Mumbai cricketer retired from international cricket in 2009 even though he last played for India in 2000. He featured in 17 Tests and 104 ODIs for the country scoring 1084 and 2477 runs respectively. He is known to have two consecutive Test double hundreds to his name and shot to fame when he and Sachin Tendulkar had shared the then-highest runs partnership in school cricket.

Tiwari on the other hand has been a part of big Bollywood movies. He has lent his voice in films like Aashique 2, Roy, Tum Bin 2, Beimaan Love among others.
