Widely hailed as one of the fittest cricketers across the globe – Indian captain Virat Kohli’s love for workout’s and exercises have been well documented. Kohli is admired across the world not only in the cricketing fraternity but also across sports for maintaining extreme fitness levels by pushing the boundaries every single day. Recently, he became the fastest batsman in the world to touch the 10K mark in ODIs and also became the first ever Indian batsman to score three consecutive centuries in white ball cricket.

All thanks to his unimaginable fitness and his disciplined life which has majorly credited to the success of the Indian skipper. With the way, Kohli is batting in the last couple of years, scoring centuries at will – it would not be an overstatement to say that he is already a ‘legend’ of the gentlemen’s game.

After an exciting five-match ODI series against West Indies which the men in blue won 3-1, the 29-year old Kohli hit the gym straight away after reaching his home and posted the video for his beloved fans and ardent followers. In the video, he could be seen performing some clean lifts and some leg workout. Virat always craves to be fitter and clearly, he is not going to rest over the next few days.

The Delhi-born cricketer has been rested from the upcoming three-match T20I rubber against the Caribbean boys which is slated to get underway on November 4 in Eden Gardens, Kolkata.

Kohli will next be seen in action on the much-anticipated Australia tour which begins in the next couple of weeks. He will take the field in the coloured outfit for Team India on November 21 now as the three-match T20i series against Kangaroos gets underway in Brisbane.
