IPL 2019: India football captain Sunil Chhetri paid a surprise visit to the RoyalChallengers Bangalore camp at the MA Chinnaswamy Stadium on Tuesday. Appreciating the gesture, Kohli took to Twitter to thank Chhetri for giving his time. Kohli was spotted introducing Chhetri to the foreign players in the RCB side. Chhetri seemed to be having a great time and Virat too had fun. It looks like there is a lot of mutual respect between the two legends. Thanking Chhetri, Kohli’s post read, “Was fun to have you around yesterday skip.”

Here is Kohli’s post.

Meanwhile, Chhetri recently led Bengaluru FC to their maiden Indian Super League title as they beat FC Goa 1-0. Sunil Chhetri was instrumental in the success of the team. He scored nine goals from 18 matches in the tournament, along with three assists. With the IPL around the corner, Kohli would hope Chhetri’s good luck rubs off on RCB.
