India cricket team captain gave a fitting reply to a fan who said he felt Kohli was overrated and preferred English and Australian batsmen over him.
India cricket team captain gave a fitting reply to a fan who said he felt Kohli was overrated and preferred English and Australian batsmen over him. Kohli told the fan that if the felt that way he should leave India and stay in those countries.
“He is an overrated batsman. Nothing seems special in his batting. I enjoy watching English and Australian batsman more than these Indians,” a fan wrote which irked the 30-year-old.
Virat responded to the comment and said, “I don’t think you should live in India. Go and live somewhere else. Why are you living in our country and loving other countries?” He added, “I don’t mind you not liking me. I don’t you should live in our country and like other’s thing. Get your priorities sorted.”
Is #Kohli asking his non-Indian fans to leave their country and come to India.. Or to sort their priorities? #WTFpic.twitter.com/tRAX4QbuZI

Kohli is currently the No 1 batsman in Tests and ODIs and hence it did not go down well with. Not long ago, Kohli became the fastest to 10,000 runs in ODI cricket and also became the first Indian to slam three consecutive centuries in ODI cricket, which is a testament of the surreal form he is in. The cricketer recently turned 30 and spend his big day with his wife Anushka Sharma in Uttarakhand.

Meanwhile, in the absence of Kohli, Rohit is leading the team in the ongoing T20Is against the touring Windies side. The Men in Ble have won both their matches and taken an unassailable 2-0 lead. Rohit Sharma slammed a century in the Lucknow T20I to overtake Kohli to become the leading run-scorer for India in T20I cricket.
