New Delhi: Former Indian captain Rohit Sharma is preparing for the upcoming three-match ODI series against Australia. He was recently seen practising at Mumbai’s famous Shivaji Park, where a large crowd of fans had gathered. People were excited to see the two-time T20 World Cup winner.
As Rohit was leaving the park after practice, a child approached him. A security guard stopped the child, prompting Rohit to intervene and tell the guard to let the child pass. A video of the incident went viral on social media.
Former batting coach Abhishek Nayar appealed to the crowd to maintain safety and discipline. He said fans should avoid heckling or pushing Rohit, to ensure safety and peace.
