Sara Tendulkar, daughter of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, was seen looking nervous at Hobart during the 3rd T20I between India and Australia. As India chased 187 with Shubman Gill at the crease, the cameras frequently focused on Sara, who appeared tense. Unfortunately, Gill was dismissed for 15 runs off 12 balls, trapped in front by Nathan Ellis. Sara’s reaction when Gill went for the DRS was hard to miss. He used the review, but it was unsuccessful as all three reds were shown.

What happened in the match?

Washington Sundar played a crucial role with the bat at the end, while Arshdeep Singh and Varun Chakravarthy bowled excellently as India defeated Australia by five wickets to level the five-match T20I series 1-1 on Sunday.

Chasing a tough target of 187, Washington remained unbeaten on 49 from 23 balls, steering India to victory with nine balls to spare. Australia managed a total of 186/6, even though Arshdeep Singh (3/35) and Varun Chakravarthy (2/33) took important wickets. India started well but lost wickets at regular intervals.

Tilak Varma (29 off 26 balls), Washington Sundar, and Jitesh Sharma (22 off 13 balls) played key roles to help India reach the target. Earlier, half-centuries from Tim David (74 off 38 balls) and Marcus Stoinis (64 off 39 balls) gave Australia a strong total to defend.

Batting first, the home team posted a strong total. Tim David and Marcus Stoinis were the main contributors, with David scoring 74 from 38 balls and Stoinis making 64 from 39 balls. India’s standout bowler was Arshdeep Singh, playing his first match of the tour, who took three wickets while giving away 35 runs in his four overs.
