West Indies have an endless line of power hitters and they were the ones who made the difference in the semi-finals against India. However, England’s scars are left from the willow of Gayle, who smashed the bowlers to all parts of the Wankhede Stadium in the group game that these two sides faced off. There has been concerns over England skipper Eoin Morgan’s form but the final is an event independent of the rest of the tournament. Samuel Badree has been the best bowler across both the sides. Badree’s four overs will have a significant say in the outcome of the game. At the other end, it’s England’s death bowling and opener Jason Roy’s start that holds the key. The teams are evenly matches overall though. Also Catch: The Live Scorecard and ball-by-ball commentary of the match here
