After Battleground 2016, wrestling world gears up for it’s another pay-per-view event that is WWE SummerSlam 2016, probably the biggest event of the summer. This the 29th edition of SummerSlam, which first took place in the year 1988. Fans in India will catch the action live online and on TV as well. SummerSlam 2016 will be telecast on Ten 1 and Ten 1 HD on August 22, Monday at from 2:30 am onwards in India. The main event however starts from 4:30 am IST.

Fans wishing to catch the WWE SummerSlam action live will have to log onto WWE Network here. User will need a subscription to view the exclusive content live. However, those of you who register on the network for the first time will get one month’s access free including SummerSlam 2016. So there is a chance to catch the action for free if you are a new user.
Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York will host the event. For the first time, Barclays Center gets to host the event. The main attraction of SummerSlam 2016 is the one on one match between Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton, which according to WWE took 15 years in the making. Also, Dean Ambrose will face Dolph Ziggler for WWE World Championship. For inaugural WWE Universal Championship Finn Balor will take on Seth Rollins.
