The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) was in Charleston with the ‘biggest event of the Summer’, Summer Slam just two weeks away. The WWE host shows across different cities in America and this time it was in Charleston, the show was also going with a special occasion, the birthday of a WWE legend, Dean Malenko.
Dean Malenko is a retired wrestler and achieved championship success in ECW, WCW and the WWF, winning 11 total titles between the three organizations. Pro Wrestling Illustrated named Malenko the #1 wrestler in the world in 1997, and he was inducted into the Hardcore Hall of Fame in 2015. Four-time WWE world champion Daniel Bryan said that his “number one guy, growing up, was Dean Malenko.
On the occasion of his birthday, WWE Superstars Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins led the WWE Universe (fans in the stadium) to sing the ‘Happy Birthday’ song dedicated to the legendary Malenko.

The fans sang along as the two wrestlers orchestrated the song with their gestures.
Roman Reigns is set to face ‘the beast’ Brock Lesnar in SummerSlam event for the WWE Universal title. This match will be a re-match of Wrestlemania 34, when the two went head to head.
Lesnar defeated Reigns in the match and the latter will look to get vengence in the upcoming pay-per-view which will take place on August 20.
