Zlatan Ibrahimovic is desperate to return to action and admitted he has missed playing at Old Trafford during his suspension.
The 35-year-old was handed a three-game ban for elbowing Bournemouth defender Tyrone Mings in the head last month.
Manchester United won just one of the three games played in Ibrahimovic’s absence and Saturday’s goalless draw with West Brom highlighted how reliant Jose Mourinho’s side have become on the Swede.
But the former Barcelona man is back available for selection and is set to start against Everton on Tuesday evening.
Ibrahimovic admitted it had been tough watching his team on the sidelines, but insisted that was not because he does not trust them.
“I feel good,” he told MUTV . “I missed Old Trafford and the games with my team, but finally I am back and hopefully I come back with positive vibes.

“I’m better at it than I used to be [at watching from the sidelines]. Before I was more emotional and deep into my feelings, now it’s more that I look at the game and I have trust in my team-mates, I have confidence in them.
“It’s part of the game, you can’t always play. Sometimes you are out for injuries or suspensions like in my case or for other reasons. You learn from everything.”

United are currently in fifth, five points behind rivals Man City and six behind Liverpool. Mourinho’s side do, however, have games in hand and Ibrahimovic is confident third place is still achievable.
“One game can change a lot — suddenly you can be third, fourth, fifth, sixth,” he said. “First is too far away, second probably also. But otherwise it’s very tight and if you succeed in winning two or three games in a row then you’re in the Champions League spots.”
