New Delhi: Apple has officially launched the new iPad mini, now powered by the advanced A17 Pro chip and enhanced with Apple Intelligence—a personal intelligence system designed to adapt to user context while ensuring privacy. This ultraportable device retains its beloved design and is available in four stunning finishes, including new blue and purple options, all featuring the vibrant 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display.

The A17 Pro chip significantly enhances performance, making the iPad mini ideal for demanding tasks. It boasts a faster CPU and GPU, along with a Neural Engine that is twice as fast as that of its predecessor.

A key feature of the new iPad mini is its compatibility with the Apple Pencil Pro, which unlocks new levels of productivity and creativity. The device also includes a 12MP wide rear camera with Smart HDR 4, enabling users to capture stunning photos with improved dynamic range. Additionally, machine learning capabilities facilitate efficient document scanning directly within the Camera app.

With all-day battery life and the latest iPadOS 18, the new iPad mini offers exceptional value, starting at just INR 49,900 for the 128GB model—double the storage of its predecessor. Pre-orders are available now, with shipments beginning on Wednesday, October 23.

The A17 Pro chip features a 6-core CPU, which delivers a 30% increase in performance, along with a 5-core GPU that enhances graphics capabilities by 25%.

The device also boasts enhanced connectivity with Wi-Fi 6E for faster downloads and smoother streaming. For those opting for Wi-Fi + Cellular models, 5G connectivity ensures quick access to files and efficient communication.

In terms of sustainability, the new iPad mini incorporates 100% recycled aluminum and eco-friendly materials, reflecting Apple’s commitment to innovation that is both powerful and responsible.
